Beginning at the
Southwest corner of the SW-1/4, SW-1/4, Section 15, Township 3
South, Range 19 West, Garland County, Arkansas, thence North
along the west lien of said forty acre tract 600 feet to a place
of beginning; thence East parallel with the New Highway 70 (Note
1928) for a distance of 150 feet; thence North 90 feet to the
old Gardner Bridge Road; thence West 124 feet to the quarter
section line (Majestic Lodge Road) thence South 68 feet to the
place of beginning. (This legal description is according to a
warranty deed recorded in Book 167, Page 43, dated March 20,
1928).
Parcel B
Lots One (1) of
Houser and Brandy's Subdivision, a part of the NW 1/4 SW
1/4, Section 15, Township 3 South, Range 20 West, also:
Begin at the Southwest Corner of Lot 15 "B" of said subdivision;
thence South in a straight line parallel with the West line of
Lot One to the Northwest line of Gladysfair Street; thence a
Northeasterly direction along the Northwest side of Gladysfair
Street to a point where the South line of Lot
15 "B" intersects the
Northwest line of Gladysfair Street; thence Westerly along the
dividing line between 15 "B" and Lot One to the Point of
Beginning.
